Ingredients:
1 Cup Almonds
1 Cup Cashews
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1 Cup Coconut Flakes
1 Cup Coconut Oil
1/3 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Flax Seeds
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
Method:
Roughly chop all ingredients. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Make sure you watch it, it burns easily!
