Turmeric has been used for thousands of years for its immune-boosting qualities and has so so many health benefits:
- Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties help decrease inflammation in the body.
- It's a digestive aid that supports the growth of good bacteria in the gut and prevents gas and bloating.
- It has anti-microbial properties that can help prevent infections. In fact, turmeric can also be used topically to help heal wounds, eczema, and acne because it can naturally disinfect and decrease swelling.

Ingredients
200mls pre-mixed LittleOak Natural Goat Milk Toddler Milk
1/8 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
¼ teaspoon Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon Coconut Sugar or Maple Syrup
Method
Add to a medium Saucepan and Heat until warmed through – serve on first signs of a cold!
If introducing Turmeric, add less Turmeric and build up to 1/2 teaspoon once tolerated well. If symptoms persist, consult with your family Physician or GP for professional medical advice
