Chia pudding

Chia pudding

We love easy, healthy, ready to go recipes, and we know you do too. Being a busy Mum, we know how hard it is to think of new recipes for our little ones, so we have done the work for you!

Chia Seed Puddings for babies are a delicious and easy way to incorporate extra nutrients into your child’s diet.

They are helpful for babies who have problems accepting textured foods. They are perfect for little ones who might refuse the ingredients in their ‘whole’ form… but will happily tuck into a delicious Chia Seed Pudding sweetened naturally with the goodness of whole fruit and honey or maple syrup.

See our LittleOak Chia Pudding Recipe on other side of card and be sure to Tag us in your creations.

Please note: We recommend that you should always discuss the introduction of any new foods with your child’s doctor. Babies under 12 months cannot consume Honey.

Ingredients

200mls LittleOak Toddler Goat’s Milk Formula

Frozen Fruit of your choice (pureed or cut into small pieces)

¼ cup of Chia Seeds

1 tbsp of Honey or pure Maple Syrup

Method

In a small bowl or jar, add your LittleOak Toddler Milk to the Chia Seeds. Stir in the Honey or Maple Syrup and spoon your Frozen Fruit of choice on top.

Leave your Chia Puddings to set in the fridge for at least 8 hours. Once set, remove from the fridge, and send us a photo of your little one enjoying their LittleOak creation.
